Southern Georgian Bay · Port Severn
We're centrally located in Port Severn, so cottages and homes here sit right in the middle of our route.
Port Severn is where the Severn River and the Trent–Severn Waterway meet Georgian Bay, right beside Highway 400. For cottage owners driving up from the GTA, that makes it one of the easiest places to arrive on a Friday night, and with True North based here, one of the easiest places for us to look after during the week.
Properties around Port Severn range from year-round homes to cottages set among granite, pine and oak along the river and the bay. Lawns here are often broken up by rock, slopes, stone steps and garden beds, so the trimming and edging matter as much as the cut. Our Essential plan covers the weekly cut, trim and edge, and a blow-off of walks and drives.
If you're only up on weekends, Cottage Ready adds a photo report after every visit, a pre-arrival check, bed weeding and a dock and path tidy.
Island and boat-access cottages on the river and the bay are not something we service at this time. We work on properties we can reach by road.
