Bala sits on Lake Muskoka, where the lake empties into the Moon River at Bala Falls. It's a cottage town at heart, and many of the properties around it belong to owners who spend the week in the GTA and drive up for the weekend.
That's who our Cottage Ready plan is built for. While you're away, we look after the weekly cut, trimming and edging and a blow-off of walks and drives, weed the beds, tidy the dock and path, and do a pre-arrival check before you come up. After every visit you get a photo report, so you can see the work is done before you pack the car.
Plenty of Muskoka cottages are reached only by water. We service road-access properties only at this time, so if you drive right up to your cottage, we can help.
At the end of the season, a fall cleanup leaves the property ready for spring.
