Cottage care for owners who are away all week
You're in the city Monday to Friday. We're on the property. Our Cottage Ready plan pairs weekly lawn care with a photo report after every visit, a pre-arrival check, and a dock and path tidy.
If you live somewhere else during the week, the drive up Highway 400 is long enough without wondering what the property looks like when you get there. Our cottage care is built for that: the grounds are looked after while you're away, and you can see that they were.
Cottage Ready (from $120 a visit) includes everything in our Essential lawn plan (weekly cut, trim and edge, and a blow-off of walks and drives), plus:
- A photo report after every visit, so you can see the work is done
- A pre-arrival check before you come up
- A dock and path tidy
- Bed weeding
Want the whole season handled? Estate (from $160 a visit) adds spring and fall cleanups, fertilizing and pruning.
We service road-access cottages only. Island and boat-access properties aren't something we take on at this time.

What does Cottage Ready include?
Everything in Essential (weekly cut, trim and edge, blow-off of walks and drives), plus a photo report after every visit, bed weeding, a dock and path tidy, and a pre-arrival check. It starts at $120 per visit.
Do you service water-access or island cottages?
Not at this time. We service properties we can reach by road.
Which cottage areas do you cover?
Honey Harbour, Port Severn and the rest of southern Georgian Bay, plus Bala, Port Carling and MacTier in southern Muskoka.
Is True North insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and have WSIB coverage.
