MacTier is a railway community in the Township of Georgian Bay, off Highway 400 north of Port Severn. Its in-town homes are mostly year-round, while the roads leading out of town reach cottages on the surrounding lakes.
That mix means two different kinds of client. Year-round owners in town often just want the lawn kept on a reliable weekly schedule, which is our Essential plan: the cut, trimming and edging, and a blow-off of walks and drives. Weekend cottagers usually want Cottage Ready, with a photo report after every visit, a pre-arrival check, bed weeding and a dock and path tidy.
For the jobs around the lawn, we also do fall cleanups, deck repairs and general maintenance, and window and exterior washing.
