If you drive up Highway 400 from the city on Friday night, the last thing you want is to spend Saturday morning behind a mower. We look after the lawn during the week, so the weekend is yours.
Every plan starts with the basics done properly: a weekly cut, trimming and edging, and a blow-off of your walks and drive. Cottage Ready adds the extras built for weekend owners: a photo report after every visit so you can see the work from home, bed weeding, a dock and path tidy, and a pre-arrival check. Estate adds spring and fall cleanups, fertilizing and pruning, so the whole season is handled by one trusted contact.
Prices are starting prices. Granite, slopes, long shoreline lawns and tight paths all change the work involved, so we quote every property individually, and quotes are always free.

How much does weekly lawn care cost?
Essential starts at $60 per visit, Cottage Ready at $120 per visit and Estate at $160 per visit. These are starting prices; your final price depends on your property's size and access, and every quote is free.
I'm only at the cottage on weekends. How will I know the work is done?
Cottage Ready and Estate plans include a photo report after every visit, so you can see the work is done.
Do you service water-access cottages?
Not at this time. We service properties we can reach by road.
Which areas do you cover?
Southern Georgian Bay (Honey Harbour, Port Severn, Waubaushene, Coldwater, Victoria Harbour, Port McNicoll, Midland and Penetanguishene) and southern Muskoka (Bala, Port Carling and MacTier). We are centrally located in Port Severn.
Are you insured?
Yes. True North is fully insured and has WSIB coverage.
Is there a deal for booking 2027 now?
Yes. Founding clients who reserve 2027 weekly care by November 28, 2026 lock in their 2027 weekly rate and get 30% off their 2026 fall cleanup. There are 15 founding spots, and the $99 deposit comes off your first invoice.
